The Wellbeing Buddies

The Wellbeing Buddies, introduced by Play Scotland in their Play Well Pack, are a set of 8 characters representing the 8 different wellbeing indicators introduced by the Scottish Government, often referred to by their initial letters SHANARRI (Safe, Healthy, Achieving, Nurtured, Active, Respected, Responsible and Included). At Towie Nursery, we are using the Wellbeing Buddies to learn more about how we can promote our own wellbeing as well the wellbeing of others.
